Terms and Conditions for Referral Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Referral Program (“Program”) offered by SurjeetKakkar.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Program is designed to encourage website visitors (“Referrers”) to refer new users (“Referees”) to sign up for a 100% free 7-day trial of our Demand Supply Zone indicator. Referrers may earn rewards subject to the conditions below.
The Program is open to individuals who visit surjeetkakkar.com and have a valid and active TradingView account.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to take part in this Program.
Participants must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
Upon 3 successful sign-ups, where a Referee completes the 100% free 7-day trial registration of our Demand Supply Zone indicator using a valid TradingView username and the Referrer’s unique link, the Referrer will receive a coupon code for a 100% discount on a 30-day subscription to the Alerts & Screener Combo.
A signup is considered successful only when it is verified and confirmed in our database, not marked as spam, refunded, canceled, or flagged as fraudulent.
Each unique Referrer is eligible for only one coupon code, regardless of how many Referees sign up using their link beyond the initial 3.
The coupon code is not issued automatically. Referrers can track their referral count on the referral progress page. Once 3 or more valid referrals are confirmed, the “Claim Coupon” button will become visible, and the Referrer must request the coupon through that page.
Coupon codes may be issued within 24 hours after successful verification. Delays may occur due to manual review or technical factors, without liability to SurjeetKakkar.com.
Even after issuance, if any referral is later found invalid, we may revoke or deactivate the coupon without prior notice and without liability.
Rewards are issued for participation only. SurjeetKakkar.com does not guarantee any trading results, profit, or financial outcome from using the indicator.
Each Referee will receive a 100% free 7-day trial of the Demand Supply Zone indicator upon successful signup.
A Referee may claim the free 7-day trial only once per lifetime. Repeat attempts using different emails, usernames, devices, or fake identities may result in cancellation of trial access at our discretion.
The coupon code issued under this Program is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for any other product or service offered on SurjeetKakkar.com.
The coupon holds no cash or monetary value and cannot be redeemed, converted, or exchanged for money, bank transfer, UPI, or any other financial benefit.
Any attempt to sell, barter, transfer, manipulate, or convert the coupon into an alternative benefit will result in immediate disqualification and coupon cancellation without liability.
Referees must sign up for the 100% free 7-day trial using a valid TradingView username.
Referral links are unique and include the Referrer’s TradingView username. Once created, the link cannot be changed or updated. If an incorrect username is provided, referral progress will be lost and cannot be restored.
Referrals must be genuine and new users who have not previously registered, used any free trial, or been a paying customer on SurjeetKakkar.com.
The Referee must use the Referrer’s exact unique link without modification. If the link is altered, tracking will fail and the referral cannot be attributed.
Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
Participants must not:
Create fake, duplicate, or manipulated accounts.
Attempt referrals using disposable, temporary, or spam-flagged emails.
Engage in spam, automation, or bulk messaging to generate referrals.
Use misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these Terms or the spirit of the Program. All decisions made by SurjeetKakkar.com regarding violations are final and binding and not subject to appeal.
Rewards will be issued only after verification of 3 valid and confirmed sign-ups for the 100% free 7-day trial by unique Referees.
The “Claim Coupon” button becomes visible only after the minimum verified referral threshold is reached.
We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both Referrers and Referees before issuing rewards.
Verification and reward eligibility decisions are final and not subject to dispute or appeal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SurjeetKakkar.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the Program.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 0 (zero).
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
Claims may only be brought in an individual capacity, not as part of a class or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that we will collect, process, and store your personal data including TradingView username, email, referral activity, and other information necessary to administer the Program.
All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By participating, you also consent to receiving transactional and promotional communication related to the referral program and our products.
You may opt-out of promotional communication anytime, but program emails required for reward distribution cannot be disabled.
Participation in the Program does not grant any right or license to use our content, trademarks, or intellectual property without written consent.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SurjeetKakkar.com and its team from any claims, losses, or legal costs arising from:

Violation of rights of any third party
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, fire, terrorism, war, material shortages, or technical outages.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Program and supersede all prior communication, whether oral or written.
