Terms and Conditions for Referral Program
Effective Date: 14 July 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Referral Program (“Program”) offered by SurjeetKakkar.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Program is designed to encourage website visitors (“Referrers”) to refer new users (“Referees”) to sign up for a 100% free 7-day trial of our Demand Supply Zone indicator. Referrers may earn rewards subject to the conditions below.
The Program is open to any individuals who visits surjeetkakkar.com and have a valid and active TradingView account.. Participants must comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
For Referrers:
Upon 5 successful sign-ups, meaning a Referee completes the 100% free 7-day trial registration of our Demand Supply Zone indicator using a valid TradingView username and the Referrer’s unique link, the Referrer will receive a coupon code for a 100% discount on a 30-day subscription to the Alerts & Screener Combo.
The coupon is strictly limited to one per Referrer, regardless of the number of successful sign-ups beyond the initial five. For example, if 10 or more people sign up, the Referrer still receives only one coupon.
For Referees:
Each Referee will receive a 100% free 7-day trial of the Demand Supply Zone indicator upon successful signup.
Referees must sign up for a 100% free 7-day trial of the Demand Supply Zone indicator using a valid TradingView username.
Referral links are unique and include your TradingView username. Once created, they cannot be changed. Please ensure you provide your correct TradingView username, as it cannot be updated later. In case you provide an incorrect TradingView username, all your referral progress will be lost.
Referrals must be genuine, new users who have not previously registered, used a free trial, or been a paying customer of surjeetkakkar.com.
Referees must sign up for the 100% free 7-day trial of our Demand Supply Zone indicator using the Referrer’s unique link. If the Referee makes any modification to the Referrer’s unique link, the signup cannot be tracked and awarded to the Referrer.
Self-referrals (referring yourself) are strictly prohibited.
Participants must not:
Create fake or duplicate accounts.
Engage in spam or bulk messaging to generate referrals.
Use misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant suspected of violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity. We reserve the sole right to determine whether any behavior violates these Terms or the spirit of the Program.
Rewards will be issued after verification of 5 valid sign-ups for the 100% free 7-day trial of the Demand Supply Zone indicator by unique Referees.
The coupon code is not sent automatically. Referrers can track their valid referral count at https://surjeetkakkar.com/check-my-referral-progress/. Once they reach 5 or more valid referrals, they must request the coupon code from us directly by clicking the “Claim Coupon” button, which will be visible on their referral progress page at https://surjeetkakkar.com/check-my-referral-progress/ upon 5 or more valid referrals.
We reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of both Referrers and Referees before issuing rewards. All reward eligibility and verification decisions made by surjeetkakkar.com are final and not subject to appeal.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, surjeetkakkar.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your participation in the Program. Our total liability to any participant for any claim related to the Program shall not exceed INR 0 (zero).
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections to such venue. You further agree to bring any claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We reserve the right to interpret and apply these Terms at our sole discretion.
All decisions by surjeetkakkar.com regarding the Program are final and binding.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree that we will collect, process, and store your personal data, including your TradingView username and any other information provided for the purpose of administering the Program and issuing rewards. We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://surjeetkakkar.com/privacy-policy/. By participating, you consent to such collection, processing, and storage of your personal data for the purposes outlined herein and in our Privacy Policy. We will only use your data for the purposes of this Program and will not share it with third parties except as necessary for the Program’s operation or as required by law.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on SurjeetKakkar.com and related to the Program are the sole property of surjeetkakkar.com or its licensors. Your participation in the Program does not grant you any right or license to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless surjeetkakkar.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your participation in the Program, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
15. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and surjeetkakkar.com regarding the Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof.
